Logan, Utah—two suspected in a burglary, were arrested Feb. 3. Jim Michaels, 35, was taken before court today for his preliminary hearing. He is being accused of breaking and entering into a chapel building, along with vandalizing two computer-processing units. The other suspect a minor is not being charged at this time. No further information has been released at this time.
District Attorney Noel Mayfield said we are charging this case as felony burglary. “We feel very comfortable as to where we stand right now.”
Defense Attorney Robbie Cochran went on to say that we are being wrongfully accused, this is outrageous. We will be ready Feb. 21; theirs know doubt about that.

Good story, it was a little short and had some punctuation and grammar errors. But other than that it was really good.
A little choppy and i feel like you didn't give enough information about what happened.
